Does Retrained Search training even work? Am I going to be able to do this? Will it work in my market?

Many who look at our programme do so with some scepticism.

They are secretly, or not so secretly dubious about whether the ‘transition to retained’ is actually possible.

They doubt the effectiveness of the course or my ability to teach them.

Some people even find reasons that it won’t work; ‘It won’t work in my market’ or ‘My clients just won’t work like that.’

The truth is that it DOES work, and it IS worth putting the effort in and it WILL work in your market.

So, I dispel these limiting beliefs by sharing some of the experiences from consultants who have embarked on this very journey.

First let me tell you about Joe.

Joe is a great recruiter. He’s early in his career and really successful already but he was actually quite dubious of doing the course- he only did it as he was told to by his director.

With no previous experience of retained at all, Joe followed the Retrained Search training programme.

He has now secured over £80,000 in retained revenue.

Not only that, but he is loving working in true partnership with his clients.

Next, let me tell you about Jordan.

Jordan was disillusioned with recruitment completely, so much so, he was on the verge of exploring other career options.

Doing the Retrained Search training has completely changed his life.

Jordan has gone from working £40 -£60k jobs on a contingent basis and hating it to consistently working on director and c-suite searches at over £150k, ALL retained.

Jordan’s billings have more than trebled, but most importantly he is happier in his work than he ever has been before.

Matt, with over 20 years in recruitment.

Had very well-established methods and was understandably wary of adopting new techniques.

Through the programme, Matt and his team have now won over £42,000 in retained revenue and it has reignited his passion for recruitment.

And Daryl,

who I hope won’t mind me sharing was a little doubtful about how well it would work in her market is delighted to have already secured 3 consecutive retained projects and is loving having the confidence and conviction to insist on the need to work in this way.

So today, I say to you:

You can do this. Don’t doubt it for a second.

It might happen immediately, or it might take a little longer.

But it WILL work.

If you want to work on a retained basis, but don’t know how; Do our course.

You won’t regret it. And it might just change your life.
